Before you decide to criticize someone else ask yourself the following three questions: Is this genuine concern for the other person? Is it to make your life better? Is it to hurt another? The first two questions are legitimate. The last is a bad decision. If you decide to criticize then be sure your criticism will call for a change in behavior or thought. If it is not, then you are deciding to use the third choice for which there is no benefit to you or the other person.
